Ingredients

• 500 gms of asparagus
• 50 ml of olive oil
• 4 eggs
• One bread slice diced without crusts
• 1 tsp of paprika
• 2 cloves of garlic
• ½ tsp of cumin
• 150 ml of water
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp of vinegar
Method
1. Remove the asparagus’s woody ends and chop the remainder part of it into some short length.
2. Blanch in boiling water for just two minutes and then drain well.
3. Heat up the oil in a flame-proof casserole bowl and the fry up the bread and garlic till it becomes a toasted form.
4. Place it in the blender with cumin, paprika, vinegar, water with pepper and salt.
5. Cook the drained asparagus in oil for five minutes
6. Add the blend from the blender.
7. Simmer it for about 15 minutes more.
8. Add some water if required. Sauce should become thick but should not be in a dry form.
9. Break the eggs one by one on the top of the ready asparagus.
10. Sprinkle the top of it with paprika.
11. Place it in the oven till the eggs will set. After this, it is ready for serving.

• 6 hard boiled peeled eggs

Sausage and egg waffle-wich recipe for breakfast
Sausage and egg waffle-wich is meant for the breakfast. It is basically a sandwich made with sausage patty and an egg which can be served between 2 honey oat waffles with a buttery maple spread. It can easily be prepared at home.
Ingredients
Ingredients required in this recipe are as follows:
• 2 frozen brown Turkey sausage chopped patties
• 1 cup of egg beaters,

Method

Method

3. Then, add milk and vanilla essence and mix it properly into the egg mixture.
4. Add some dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder to the wet ingredients and mix it well.
5. Add boiling water to the mixture and fold it lightly.
6. Pour the batter into a 9-inch greased pan.
7. Bake the cake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degree F for 35 minutes.
8. Bake it till the top of the cake becomes soft and firm.
9. Before serving you must remove the cake and cool it on a wire rack.

Asparagus Frittata with Swiss cheese and fresh tomatoes
Asparagus Frittata is an Italian omelette which can be made from Swiss cheese and fresh tomatoes. Ingredients used in this dish are as follows:
• 1 ½ cup of eggs beaters
• ½ cup of shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese
• 1/4 cup of fat-free milk,
• Non-sticky cooking oil
• 10 fresh asparagus spears should be cut into a size of 1-inch

• One medium sized tomato coarsely chopped.
Method
1. Preheat the boiler.
2. Mix the egg beaters, cheese, and milk in a medium bowl till they are blended properly.
3. You must take a pan having ovenproof handle and spray some cooking oil into it. Heat it over the medium heat.
4. Add asparagus, onion, salt and pepper. Stir the mixture properly and cook it for three minutes till the vegetables become crispy.
5. Add tomatoes and cook it again for one minute and stir the mixture in between while cooking.
6. After that, add some egg mixture into this mixture.
7. Once all the ingredients have been added; cook it for 12 minutes till the frittata is set properly. You have to broil for two minutes till the top is set but not properly browned.
8. Cut it into four wedges before serving it.
